We are located in the Physicians and Surgeons Center (South Building) across Hilyard Street from Sacred Heart General Hospital. To locate our office, park in the Central Parking Structure between Hilyard and Patterson Streets and 12th and 13th Avenues (auto entrances are on each street). Enter the building from the parking garage (this is the South building) and take the elevators to the 5th floor. We are in Suite S-560. Bring your parking ticket to your visit so we can validate. To find us from I-5 driving south, take I-105 west (right) and take the first exit (right) towards the University of Oregon going south. Get into the right lane and eventually turn right onto Patterson Street. It is about three blocks to the Parking Structure. To find us from I-5 driving north, take exit 192 onto Franklin Blvd. Get into the left lane. After several stoplights, turn left onto 11th Avenue. Turn left onto Patterson Street one block after the next stoplight. It is about 1 1/2 blocks to the Parking Structure. To find us from the west (Florence, coastal cities), take 126 east. 126 becomes West 11th in Eugene. Continue to Garfield St. and turn right on Garfield, then a quick left on 13th Ave. (about .2 mi). Proceed on 13th about 2 miles to the Parking Structure at the corner of 13th and Hilyard. Click
